00;00;00;00 - 00;00;16;04
Speaker 1
Welcome to the 1 to 9 podcast for interesting insights and knowledge for animals and other beings within multi-dimensional realms. Hello, Diana.

00;00;16;05 - 00;00;17;14
Speaker 2
Hello, Karin.

00;00;17;15 - 00;00;18;15
Speaker 1
How are you today?

00;00;18;17 - 00;00;20;08
Speaker 2
I'm good. How are you?

00;00;20;10 - 00;00;59;02
Speaker 1
Today we are so lucky. We have these absolutely gorgeous sunflowers, these little goddesses, joining our podcast right from, actually in my tree box out in front of my house and we have some sunflower seeds that have are organic and have been carefully roasted and dried. And then we also have some. Carrots from my sister's farm that are extremely happy and bright orange and just a little tough, some green coming off the top of them.

00;00;59;04 - 00;01;07;06
Speaker 1
And Diana has said for some reason that the sunflowers and the carrots want to join the podcast together today?

00;01;07;08 - 00;01;17;09
Speaker 2
Yes, because they're both happy. They're really, really happy. Not not just today, but in general, they're you're happy now.

00;01;17;10 - 00;01;26;08
Speaker 1
Are these sometimes representing and carrots representing all sunflowers and carrots or just them themselves?

00;01;26;10 - 00;01;39;13
Speaker 2
Well, both they represent them themselves as individuals, but also because they speak for all sunflowers. I don't know how many varieties of sunflowers there are.

00;01;39;16 - 00;01;53;05
Speaker 1
Quite a few. We keep making more. Oh, well, you have the mammoth ones. The giant ones, the little ones, the wild ones, the red ones, the Indian sunflower is all different colors.

00;01;53;08 - 00;02;07;16
Speaker 2
Okay. Well, they they can speak in general terms for all sunflowers, but for, for specifics they're talking or just about themselves individually and then their own, their own breed. Okay.

00;02;07;17 - 00;02;11;01
Speaker 1
You're okay in the carrots. The same thing. So there's all different kinds of.

00;02;11;01 - 00;02;12;20
Speaker 2
Yes as well. Right, right.

00;02;12;22 - 00;02;15;01
Speaker 1
All right. Well thank you for being here everybody.

00;02;15;03 - 00;02;18;01
Speaker 2
So the carrots are joking. They're saying we're drowning.

00;02;18;01 - 00;02;25;27
Speaker 1
We're drowning because we care to actually be stored in some water right now. But it's a joke, right? They don't want me to say no. No.

00;02;25;29 - 00;02;31;23
Speaker 2
They're saying they're nice and cool. They really like the the coolness.

00;02;31;26 - 00;02;49;06
Speaker 1
So for any of you that are curious, these are carrots have not been cut them sit here in a, large mason jar so I don't have to squish them in there at all. And, they've got water. And so they're kind of basking in some cool water. And that goes in my fridge.

00;02;49;08 - 00;02;53;10
Speaker 2
Yeah. I mean,

00;02;53;12 - 00;02;57;17
Speaker 2
They, they're kind of saying, you know, we're out for a swim.

00;02;57;20 - 00;03;03;04
Speaker 1
We're up for a swim. All right.

00;03;03;06 - 00;03;06;09
Speaker 2
So just don't keep us in there too long.

00;03;06;12 - 00;03;08;20
Speaker 1
How long is too long?

00;03;08;23 - 00;03;12;16
Speaker 2
Oh, 2 or 3 days.

00;03;12;19 - 00;03;16;16
Speaker 1
2 or 3 days? Yeah. And then what happens?

00;03;16;18 - 00;03;20;26
Speaker 2
I know, I mean, this is stuff kind of like leeches out of here.

00;03;22;06 - 00;03;25;07
Speaker 1
oh. Okay. So so the.

00;03;25;10 - 00;03;33;13
Speaker 2
They don't get pruning like humans do, right? But still, the their spare skin is kind of porous.

00;03;33;20 - 00;03;36;04
Speaker 1
So carrots can stick around a long time.

00;03;36;06 - 00;03;39;05
Speaker 2
There. Oh, yeah. You can store them forever.

00;03;39;07 - 00;03;50;12
Speaker 1
What what's the best way to storm to not lose their, the stuff that's coming out of them? And what is it that's coming out of? I guess there's two questions in there.

00;03;50;14 - 00;03;54;00
Speaker 2
Yeah, well, I mean, the nutrients are coming.

00;03;54;00 - 00;03;55;19
Speaker 1
Out of not they're energy.

00;03;55;22 - 00;04;07;09
Speaker 2
Well, nutrients are are one of the components that actually make up their energy too. So I can use all their nutrients, of course, of their own is their energy. Oh interesting. Yeah.

00;04;07;11 - 00;04;14;17
Speaker 1
So they're from the day that they're freshly picked. Are they at maximum energy then.

00;04;14;19 - 00;04;26;15
Speaker 2
Maximum energy when they're picked. And it's, they're, they're stored in a nice cool place. Their energy is going to be conserved and storing.

00;04;26;15 - 00;04;31;05
Speaker 1
You mean like plucking them out of the ground and putting them in cold storage?

00;04;31;07 - 00;04;36;12
Speaker 2
Yeah. Not it doesn't have to be a fridge tray. Just not not hot. Humid.

00;04;36;15 - 00;04;40;24
Speaker 1
Right. Okay. The dry cold storage somewhere. Yeah. And they don't have to be in water.

00;04;40;25 - 00;04;42;22
Speaker 2
No no no water in.

00;04;42;23 - 00;04;45;10
Speaker 1
You should or shouldn't wash them first.

00;04;45;12 - 00;04;46;08
Speaker 2
Before you storm.

00;04;46;09 - 00;04;47;03
Speaker 1
Yeah.

00;04;47;05 - 00;04;48;11
Speaker 2
No no don't wash.

00;04;48;18 - 00;04;49;24
Speaker 1
Don't wash it.

00;04;49;27 - 00;04;51;22
Speaker 2
No no no.

00;04;51;25 - 00;04;57;25
Speaker 1
Yeah. What is it about washing the carrots that, makes them.

00;04;57;27 - 00;05;04;08
Speaker 2
You're saying it's like washing? It's the washing. I have a protective coating.

00;05;04;11 - 00;05;07;25
Speaker 1
Okay. All right, but washing before you eat them.

00;05;07;28 - 00;05;09;22
Speaker 2
Now, you can if you want to.

00;05;09;24 - 00;05;10;15
Speaker 1
All right, either.

00;05;10;15 - 00;05;12;00
Speaker 2
Way, you don't have to.

00;05;12;03 - 00;05;16;10
Speaker 1
Right? Or maybe you can just rinse them to get the rooster off them, but not really scrubbing.

00;05;16;12 - 00;05;28;14
Speaker 2
Yeah, yeah. I mean, of course, if if they've been grown in soil that it's got chemicals in it, then perhaps you actually do want to scrub it more thoroughly.

00;05;28;16 - 00;05;32;07
Speaker 1
Oh, okay. Do they like the chemicals.

00;05;32;07 - 00;05;34;17
Speaker 2
No. They do, like the chemicals.

00;05;34;18 - 00;05;36;07
Speaker 1
Seems to be pretty universal.

00;05;36;09 - 00;05;37;24
Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. No, no, no.

00;05;37;27 - 00;05;44;15
Speaker 1
Is that reduce your energy a nutrient level or make them not as happy or not as happy.

00;05;44;15 - 00;06;11;25
Speaker 2
They're kind of like, you know, like 50 to 75% less effective. Okay. I mean, it's like, like any, any other kind of living being, right? If you're putting in stuff that's good for it, which can be 100% effective. But if you're like putting in lesser quality components to make them grow or even toxic kind of stuff,

00;06;11;28 - 00;06;12;21
Speaker 1
It goes down.

00;06;12;21 - 00;06;15;29
Speaker 2
Effectiveness goes down.

00;06;16;02 - 00;06;24;12
Speaker 1
And I'm assuming that the energy of the farm and the pickers and all that stuff affects them as well.

00;06;24;16 - 00;06;25;12
Speaker 2
Oh, yeah.

00;06;25;18 - 00;06;27;21
Speaker 1
Ahuh it's a happier farmer.

00;06;27;21 - 00;06;41;28
Speaker 2
Happier carrot. Definitely. Definitely. If you have. Yeah. Although, you know, they've got their own consciousness. Right. So I mean, they can determine whether or not to like shake off bad vibes.

00;06;42;02 - 00;06;55;25
Speaker 1
Okay. That's that's interesting to know. So is that carrot the carrot has its own consciousness and it carries with it some of the energy. And do we eat that? Do we take that on when we eat it?

00;06;55;28 - 00;06;58;01
Speaker 2
Their. Yes. Yeah. It's it's part of their mission.

00;06;58;09 - 00;07;04;01
Speaker 1
That's part of their mission is to share their consciousness with us. And why would we want to carrot consciousness?

00;07;04;10 - 00;07;14;14
Speaker 2
because they're they're joyful. They're happy. they're contributing essential nutrients to whoever, whoever eats them, are they?

00;07;14;16 - 00;07;21;26
Speaker 1
But as far as that consciousness goes. So if we eat a happy carrot, we could actually become happier.

00;07;22;19 - 00;07;26;03
Speaker 2
we are. Yeah. Yeah, they're saying they hope so. Yeah.

00;07;26;06 - 00;07;37;17
Speaker 1
They hope so. And, happiness helps. And this is kind of like we're drawing this conclusion, and. But happiness helps to navigate life a whole lot better, right?

00;07;37;19 - 00;07;42;29
Speaker 2
Oh, yeah. I mean, you there. You know, you don't want to be sad and depressed and angry and hateful.

00;07;43;01 - 00;07;43;12
Speaker 1
Yeah.

00;07;43;18 - 00;07;44;28
Speaker 2
And you know.

00;07;45;00 - 00;07;51;12
Speaker 1
No, of course you don't. But I'm just relating, being happier to expanding your consciousness somehow.

00;07;51;16 - 00;07;52;21
Speaker 2
Yes.

00;07;52;23 - 00;07;54;18
Speaker 1
Yeah. And raising your energy.

00;07;54;20 - 00;08;05;28
Speaker 2
Yeah. And, I think this is kind of evidence from actually who want to participate in these podcast.

00;08;06;00 - 00;08;06;27
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;08;07;09 - 00;08;15;11
Speaker 2
like before this started, we're talking about, how there's these other energy beings who just want to observe.

00;08;15;13 - 00;08;19;08
Speaker 1
Yeah, yeah. And an idea what? Bleachers all around the podcast.

00;08;19;08 - 00;08;26;05
Speaker 2
Yeah. And I think it's because we're we're talking to plants and vegetables and flowers.

00;08;26;07 - 00;08;29;01
Speaker 1
Right. So why did the carrots want to do with the flowers?

00;08;29;23 - 00;08;32;11
Speaker 2
because they're both happy.

00;08;32;13 - 00;08;36;04
Speaker 1
Okay. Like an equal happiness is one happier than the other.

00;08;36;06 - 00;08;39;13
Speaker 2
You know. No it's not. You can't measure. So, like.

00;08;39;15 - 00;08;41;28
Speaker 1
It's a different kind of happiness. Yeah.

00;08;42;01 - 00;08;52;00
Speaker 2
There's the carrot happiness. And then there's the sunflower happiness. And you put it together and the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

00;08;52;02 - 00;08;52;27
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;08;52;29 - 00;08;54;20
Speaker 2
Did I say that right?

00;08;54;22 - 00;09;08;19
Speaker 1
So what if we did something like, you know, took the sunflower seeds and, ground them up and made them into and cook the carrots and the sunflower seeds and made it into, like, a soup. Would they love that?

00;09;08;21 - 00;09;10;08
Speaker 2
Yes, they would.

00;09;10;11 - 00;09;19;07
Speaker 1
And then we'd be combining the it would be like a super happy soup. Is this carrot sunflower soup right. Or smoothie?

00;09;19;09 - 00;09;25;19
Speaker 2
Smoothie or salad? I mean, if you put carrots and sunflower seeds.

00;09;25;22 - 00;09;26;24
Speaker 1
In the same salad.

00;09;26;24 - 00;09;28;01
Speaker 2
In the same salad.

00;09;28;07 - 00;09;33;08
Speaker 1
You've got two different kinds of consciousnesses of happiness playing around together.

00;09;33;11 - 00;09;34;12
Speaker 2
Right?

00;09;34;14 - 00;10;00;22
Speaker 1
And that's the seeds. What about these flowers sitting here? We have the sunflower seeds and the sunflower seeds, but flowers in the flowers are all like, wow, they're just vibrating this bright yellow. I think there's one, two, three, four, five of them here with this bright yellows. And they're just at the point where they're still forming the seeds inside, the centers are dropping bright yellow pollen all over the table.

00;10;00;26 - 00;10;13;17
Speaker 2
Yeah. That the bright yellow color is basically that's the generator of their happiness. Just like the bright orange color is the generator of the carrot happiness.

00;10;13;19 - 00;10;21;26
Speaker 1
Okay, so we're eating almost like yellow happiness and orange happiness. Yeah, but when you're dealing with the seeds, do you have the yellow happiness in it?

00;10;21;29 - 00;10;23;06
Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah.

00;10;23;08 - 00;10;36;25
Speaker 1
Okay. Do you do. So they're like little. They're taking the light the from the sun or the light around them and synthesizing it or combining it into the seeds which we.

00;10;36;27 - 00;10;43;15
Speaker 2
Or they're taking everything, not just taking the sun, the air, the earth, the earth, the water.

00;10;43;18 - 00;10;45;20
Speaker 1
Oh, yeah. Of course.

00;10;45;22 - 00;10;48;21
Speaker 2
Yeah. And, I guess they're saying.

00;10;48;23 - 00;10;49;27
Speaker 1
It's the sunflower itself.

00;10;50;02 - 00;10;52;03
Speaker 2
Yeah. And the pollen too.

00;10;52;06 - 00;10;57;29
Speaker 1
Oh, yeah. The pollen is edible. The flower, the petals, the yellow petals are edible, right?

00;10;57;29 - 00;10;59;00
Speaker 2
Yeah.

00;10;59;03 - 00;11;06;14
Speaker 1
And some people I've seen take a whole sunflower just as we're looking at it and put it on. the stove and.

00;11;06;17 - 00;11;08;17
Speaker 2
Cook it like an artichoke.

00;11;08;20 - 00;11;09;14
Speaker 1
Like an artichoke.

00;11;09;15 - 00;11;10;11
Speaker 2
With the inside.

00;11;10;13 - 00;11;19;23
Speaker 1
Puts an olive oil on it and eat the seeds and everything in the green state intact at the sunflower. They. What do they think about that?

00;11;19;29 - 00;11;27;29
Speaker 2
Oh, they still they know that really? Is this when they're feeling the most useful,

00;11;28;01 - 00;11;36;27
Speaker 1
So do they. They think that I mean, most of them don't eat the petals. And what it what do they think about eating the petals?

00;11;36;29 - 00;11;40;04
Speaker 2
Oh, they think if people want to, they should eat.

00;11;40;06 - 00;11;46;24
Speaker 1
Okay. Are there sunflower flower flower fairies in those flowers or little goddesses?

00;11;46;27 - 00;11;54;25
Speaker 2
They're actually quite small. I was thinking perhaps they bigger, but no, they're about like half an inch tall.

00;11;54;28 - 00;11;56;10
Speaker 1
One cherry per flower.

00;11;56;11 - 00;12;01;20
Speaker 2
No, there's more of them. They seem to be coming out of the the the seed part too.

00;12;01;22 - 00;12;02;26
Speaker 1
Oh, interesting.

00;12;03;01 - 00;12;05;16
Speaker 2
They live for.

00;12;05;18 - 00;12;10;18
Speaker 1
The fairies or are they happy or outside? Or inside?

00;12;10;20 - 00;12;12;14
Speaker 2
You mean the flowers after they pick?

00;12;12;14 - 00;12;16;23
Speaker 1
Yeah. And the fairies, like, do they like? Because they're basically to come from outside, right?

00;12;16;26 - 00;12;29;06
Speaker 2
Right. Well, I mean, they do realize that they're gonna slowly die, right? But they're okay with that because that's what happens.

00;12;29;08 - 00;12;45;29
Speaker 1
So just as an Add as an experiment, if I took this entire head of a sunflower and like 2 or 3 carrots and some of the and just put them in a blender together with some water and, blah, like everything. Right. What would they think about that?

00;12;46;03 - 00;12;50;08
Speaker 2
They would say, ooh, yippee. You know.

00;12;50;10 - 00;13;00;05
Speaker 1
Do they think that that would be like this, generate this huge amount of, like, whole varieties and depths of happiness?

00;13;00;07 - 00;13;04;07
Speaker 2
You mean increase the happiness? Yeah. Or makes it more usable?

00;13;05;17 - 00;13;24;04
Speaker 1
well, I'm just trying to think of ways to consume them. The sunflowers, because we're so used to just consuming sunflower seeds. Right. And if you went out and picked a whole sunflower head and threw it in the blender with the carrots or in a blender with anything but in a blender with the carrots, would that be a good way to eat them?

00;13;24;07 - 00;13;25;23
Speaker 2
Oh yeah. Saying yes it would.

00;13;25;23 - 00;13;27;10
Speaker 1
Be in that would be rather.

00;13;27;10 - 00;13;27;27
Speaker 2
Raw.

00;13;28;00 - 00;13;38;02
Speaker 1
Right. So the raw was one way to eat them and cook the whole thing is another way to eat it and to, you know, add the petals to anything like salads or.

00;13;38;05 - 00;13;39;02
Speaker 2
Right.

00;13;39;04 - 00;13;40;16
Speaker 1
That's another way to eat it.

00;13;40;18 - 00;13;53;18
Speaker 2
Right? Right. So they're saying, you know, raw steam, lightly cooked. Yeah. That's all great. Oh great. And I also yeah carrot don't forget carrot tops.

00;13;53;20 - 00;13;55;08
Speaker 1
Oh what about the carrot tops.

00;13;55;08 - 00;13;58;15
Speaker 2
They're also really good. Okay.

00;13;58;25 - 00;14;03;27
Speaker 1
let's carrot tops get thrown away all the time. In fact, these carrots came without the carrot tops.

00;14;03;28 - 00;14;05;18
Speaker 2
It made them a little bit sad.

00;14;05;20 - 00;14;15;15
Speaker 1
Really. So sometimes people say the carrot tops are a little bitter, but. And that's why they just toss them. But would they be liked? Are they good? Raw?

00;14;15;18 - 00;14;30;02
Speaker 2
If you want to eat the raw and you don't, and you think they taste good. Yes. Okay. But, also lightly sauteed. Right? It just depends on the person how they want to eat them. But there's.

00;14;30;04 - 00;14;30;15
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;14;30;16 - 00;14;42;07
Speaker 2
There. They're saying, okay, all all of us or our mission carrots in the carrot tops is, is to provide a space to help human.

00;14;42;10 - 00;14;44;01
Speaker 1
Okay. Carrot tops too.

00;14;44;04 - 00;14;44;27
Speaker 2
All right.

00;14;44;29 - 00;14;57;03
Speaker 1
Just to well, what about, sunflower leaves. Are they just there to help the sunflower. Not there to help the humans. Other than they're making some photosynthesis.

00;14;57;03 - 00;15;03;15
Speaker 2
Yeah. They're they're, ciliary. they're part of the, the growing structure.

00;15;03;18 - 00;15;25;20
Speaker 1
Okay. Interesting. So carrot tops now carrot tops are green. So we've talked about the two yellow colors are different levels of happiness. And the yellow color gets infused. The yellow happiness gets infused into the seeds when you've got the seeds. But what about the, carrot tops.

00;15;25;22 - 00;15;27;19
Speaker 2
Well, the carrot top. The green.

00;15;27;19 - 00;15;27;28
Speaker 1
Carrot.

00;15;27;28 - 00;15;33;24
Speaker 2
Tops. Right, right. So because you're part of the whole carrot or part of the carrot happiness.

00;15;33;27 - 00;15;35;19
Speaker 1
Right? But they're green, right?

00;15;35;21 - 00;15;45;05
Speaker 2
Yeah. So just like there's a difference between the yellow and orange happiness, there's a little difference between the green and orange happiness.

00;15;45;05 - 00;15;47;25
Speaker 1
Okay. So we've got three different happy matches here.

00;15;48;01 - 00;15;49;24
Speaker 2
I know it's funny.

00;15;49;26 - 00;16;07;00
Speaker 1
Is it? Before we started this podcast, you mentioned something about colors and chakras. These colors like eating like the yellow good for our yellow chakras, which I think is our solar plexus area. the carrot.

00;16;07;05 - 00;16;20;07
Speaker 2
They're saying they don't, they don't know really if their color has anything to do with the meaning of the chakras. We just know that it aligns with them, aligns with the chakras.

00;16;20;07 - 00;16;24;05
Speaker 1
It aligns with the chakras, but it may or may not help the chakras in particular.

00;16;24;07 - 00;16;42;19
Speaker 2
Right, exactly. But what is interesting is that green is the next one up. If you're only thinking about two, 7 or 8 ones, major ones, and basically all plants and fruits too. I guess all leaves are green, right? The green is the one that connects everything.

00;16;42;26 - 00;16;44;06
Speaker 1
Oh, okay.

00;16;44;12 - 00;16;45;14
Speaker 2
It's kind of interesting.

00;16;45;14 - 00;16;48;01
Speaker 1
Yeah, it is kind of interesting. It's the connector.

00;16;48;01 - 00;16;50;03
Speaker 2
And it's like green is your heart.

00;16;50;06 - 00;16;56;21
Speaker 1
So that's interesting too. So, so particular wisdom that the sunflowers have for.

00;16;56;21 - 00;17;00;27
Speaker 2
Us their wisdom is just the wisdom of the sun.

00;17;01;03 - 00;17;04;12
Speaker 1
It is the wisdom of the sun. Pretty powerful.

00;17;04;15 - 00;17;05;08
Speaker 2
Isn't it?

00;17;05;10 - 00;17;06;07
Speaker 1
It really is.

00;17;06;07 - 00;17;08;09
Speaker 2
It's like burn as bright as you can.

00;17;08;14 - 00;17;09;29
Speaker 1
Burn as bright as you can.

00;17;10;06 - 00;17;12;13
Speaker 2
Well, perhaps burn is the wrong word.

00;17;12;13 - 00;17;13;17
Speaker 1
I was going to say. That's fine.

00;17;13;18 - 00;17;14;09
Speaker 2
As bright as.

00;17;14;09 - 00;17;18;16
Speaker 1
You can be. A much better word, right? For advice. Yeah.

00;17;18;26 - 00;17;27;12
Speaker 2
so that's, that's that's what they try to do and that's what they want to give to us. And that's what their advice is to us.

00;17;27;15 - 00;17;40;25
Speaker 1
Okay. Shine as bright as you can. Right. And what about the carrots. And I'm just going to preface this by saying do the carrots have different word of wisdom from the carrot itself or the carrot greens.

00;17;41;24 - 00;18;00;06
Speaker 2
yeah. I think they've got to like one is for the carrots as a whole, carrots and greens. And then I guess two subsidiary ones and the whole one is that okay. So you're saying be sturdy.

00;18;00;08 - 00;18;03;26
Speaker 1
Sheet, be sturdy, stand up, be.

00;18;03;26 - 00;18;04;16
Speaker 2
Sturdy.

00;18;04;17 - 00;18;05;04
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;18;05;08 - 00;18;07;13
Speaker 2
You know

00;18;07;15 - 00;18;10;19
Speaker 1
Like be sturdy in your self.

00;18;11;15 - 00;18;12;12
Speaker 2
be sturdy.

00;18;12;18 - 00;18;15;20
Speaker 1
It's making me sit up straight or right now be sturdy.

00;18;15;22 - 00;18;44;14
Speaker 2
Meaning that, you know, you want to feel good in your body. I guess you're saying, you know, don't don't let your muscles go, right? You know, go. Go and exercise. And then your physiology or your, you know, your health, right? Make sure you're eating the right stuff and then mentally be sturdy. Interests like, don't don't go off into negative energies.

00;18;45;11 - 00;19;03;12
Speaker 1
be sturdy. or maybe it's other energies like you and negative, you know, if you were negative being if you're not a negative being, then you would be sturdy in your own self like last time to take on other people's negativity. you're not really being true to yourself and you're being negative, right?

00;19;03;17 - 00;19;03;29
Speaker 2
Right.

00;19;03;29 - 00;19;07;11
Speaker 1
And that's the greens and the carrots together, right?

00;19;07;11 - 00;19;13;17
Speaker 2
That's their whole message. Right. And so the greens message is the more vibrant.

00;19;13;20 - 00;19;15;04
Speaker 1
Be more vibrant okay.

00;19;15;04 - 00;19;19;04
Speaker 2
Which is different than this sunflower sign.

00;19;19;04 - 00;19;21;08
Speaker 1
Right side as bright as you can thrive.

00;19;21;14 - 00;19;27;22
Speaker 2
It just means so like it looks like your energy is just vibrating faster.

00;19;27;25 - 00;19;28;13
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;19;28;13 - 00;19;32;26
Speaker 2
And then the orange, they're saying ground yourself yourself.

00;19;32;26 - 00;19;40;07
Speaker 1
Now is that orange or is that partly because it's a root vegetable? Yeah. Is there a particular way that either one of these don't like to be prepared?

00;19;40;12 - 00;19;44;08
Speaker 2
Well, I mean, don't roast them till they're charred and black.

00;19;44;16 - 00;19;46;12
Speaker 1
What about dehydrating?

00;19;46;14 - 00;19;47;08
Speaker 2
Yeah. It's okay.

00;19;47;11 - 00;19;51;08
Speaker 1
So lightly roasted. Lightly steamed. Sauteed.

00;19;51;12 - 00;19;54;26
Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. Dehydrated and raw. Yeah.

00;19;54;28 - 00;19;58;10
Speaker 1
And it's okay to blend them in a blender to make them into soups or.

00;19;58;13 - 00;20;11;09
Speaker 2
Yeah, they they they don't. I was going to say they prefer that. But you know, it depends on what the person likes to eat too. But they actually like their molecules to be mixed in with other molecules.

00;20;11;11 - 00;20;20;00
Speaker 1
Okay. So I like the combination. I think we're going to have, sunflower carrot soup when we're done with the podcast.

00;20;20;02 - 00;20;24;05
Speaker 2
And you can have some bright yellow sunflower petals on top.

00;20;24;07 - 00;20;36;15
Speaker 1
Absolutely, absolutely. Is there this is the pollen. We're sort of collecting up these and eating it even separately is some kind of really potent elixir.

00;20;37;13 - 00;20;39;08
Speaker 1
Or tonic or something for you.

00;20;39;10 - 00;20;42;07
Speaker 2
Right? Yeah. Okay. To sprinkle it on stuff.

00;20;42;09 - 00;20;47;27
Speaker 1
Sprinkling on stuff so you could capture it and sprinkle it on stuff and then it just adds.

00;20;48;00 - 00;20;49;16
Speaker 2
It magnifies whatever it.

00;20;49;16 - 00;20;52;27
Speaker 1
Is. it's a magnifier amplifier or.

00;20;52;27 - 00;20;54;08
Speaker 2
Something, right? Yeah.

00;20;54;08 - 00;20;56;13
Speaker 1
The pollen in particular is an amplifier.

00;20;56;13 - 00;21;05;12
Speaker 2
Yeah, that's what they're saying. So if you want a greater, greater effectiveness from the seeds, I guess, sprinkle some of the pollen on the seeds.

00;21;05;13 - 00;21;13;16
Speaker 1
Okay. Or if we made a, soup out of sunflower soup, sunflower and carrot soup, we could sprinkle the pollen on top, and it would.

00;21;13;18 - 00;21;24;04
Speaker 2
Right. And not only would it look really pretty speaking, you'd be getting so like, the energy from the color too, but also you'd be getting the magnified energy of the total.

00;21;24;04 - 00;21;26;17
Speaker 1
Is that all pollen or just the sunflower pond?

00;21;26;20 - 00;21;28;10
Speaker 2
You mean all pollen of all plants.

00;21;28;10 - 00;21;31;27
Speaker 1
And a lot of flowers. Flowers? Edible flowers. Let's just talk about edible flowers.

00;21;33;00 - 00;21;35;11
Speaker 2
they they're just speaking for them. Okay.

00;21;35;15 - 00;21;56;26
Speaker 1
All right. That's fine. is there some. Sometimes you are. You know, you you have these areas where they're growing fields and fields and fields and sunflowers, and the sunflower always is fun to look at because of the joy you can see coming out of that field. But also the sunflowers follow the sun with their faces across the field.

00;21;56;29 - 00;22;08;14
Speaker 1
So they're all looking the same way at the same time. Looking. Is that is that something really, like spiritually powerful for this world? Is it something that can be transformative?

00;22;09;01 - 00;22;16;21
Speaker 2
I was just thinking about so like the various religions that have got so like prayer rituals, do they do anything with the position of the sun.

00;22;16;22 - 00;22;21;29
Speaker 1
Well a lot of them do they face the, they face certain directions or face the sun.

00;22;22;02 - 00;22;22;17
Speaker 2
Right.

00;22;22;24 - 00;22;42;00
Speaker 1
But you mean to the sun, but the sunflowers like when you have a huge field of them and they're all like facing the sun. You think that there's some kind of energetic and that would be like, you know, sending out like either a new consciousness or this, happiness that they have and, and really putting them out.

00;22;42;00 - 00;22;45;11
Speaker 2
No, they're saying no, it's actually they're receiving all the stuff.

00;22;45;13 - 00;22;47;11
Speaker 1
They're receiving it from the sun at that point.

00;22;47;11 - 00;22;50;08
Speaker 2
Right. Yeah. So yeah. No, anything.

00;22;50;15 - 00;22;59;19
Speaker 1
So big Red like that, it's just receiving a lot of bright, shining happiness from the sun. Right. To share with us later, right?

00;22;59;21 - 00;23;01;23
Speaker 2
Yes, yes.

00;23;01;25 - 00;23;05;06
Speaker 1
And can you get any of it by just looking at them?

00;23;05;08 - 00;23;10;03
Speaker 2
Oh, definitely. Because of the colors, the yellow and the green.

00;23;10;06 - 00;23;14;27
Speaker 1
Okay. So when you that you soak up some of that consciousness just by looking at them.

00;23;14;27 - 00;23;26;19
Speaker 2
Right. It's not that they're sending out anything, it's that the colors themselves, you know, the colors are sending out stuff, but just the colors themselves. There we see them react to the colors.

00;23;26;21 - 00;23;31;14
Speaker 1
Okay. Interesting. Not do they have little energy fields around them individually?

00;23;32;02 - 00;23;38;22
Speaker 2
I'm asking them. They're saying kind of just just like it every everything is kind of an energy field around it.

00;23;38;26 - 00;23;39;25
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;23;39;28 - 00;23;44;01
Speaker 2
Yeah. Just their energy fields are nothing special, I think.

00;23;44;01 - 00;23;57;13
Speaker 1
Well, sometimes they say flowers have a certain energy field around them that attracts bees. It helps bees locate them or something. or pollinators of some kind. But they're not really saying anything when they're.

00;23;57;15 - 00;23;58;24
Speaker 2
They're saying the color.

00;23;58;26 - 00;24;02;26
Speaker 1
It's the color that attracts the insects. Right? The pollinators.

00;24;02;26 - 00;24;04;06
Speaker 2
Too. Yeah.

00;24;05;16 - 00;24;14;25
Speaker 1
and then one last question. I think it's my last question. what about sunflowers? You grow yourself versus sunflowers that you get in the flower stores.

00;24;14;27 - 00;24;20;08
Speaker 2
Well, depending on how you grow them, they could be much, much, much more energetic.

00;24;20;23 - 00;24;21;14
Speaker 1
Right.

00;24;22;01 - 00;24;28;26
Speaker 2
you don't know how the ones that are commercially grown are grown. They could be kind of like a little less happy.

00;24;28;28 - 00;24;31;29
Speaker 1
I see. What about the ones I'm growing.

00;24;32;10 - 00;24;34;23
Speaker 2
out there. you know, they're happy.

00;24;34;25 - 00;24;57;07
Speaker 1
But not the happiest. hey, I'm in the middle. I'm in the middle of the city. Yeah. So. Okay. So they'd be happier. Would they be happier in my backyard? Yeah, yeah. Well, thank you for being on the front yard, because I don't have good sun space in my backyard. Because in my backyard, it's fairly wooded.

00;24;57;09 - 00;25;01;03
Speaker 2
Well, okay. Yeah. So it's wherever there's the most solid.

00;25;01;07 - 00;25;12;08
Speaker 1
And the fairies that are in there, they just disappear. They just kind of disintegrate when the flower is gone and then they reappear. Or do we actually get some fairy energy when we.

00;25;12;10 - 00;25;15;04
Speaker 2
Well, we we also get some fairy energy.

00;25;15;06 - 00;25;26;05
Speaker 1
Okay. some flower fairy energy. So in general, are carrots and sunflowers part of, we use them as a way to expand our consciousness.

00;25;26;07 - 00;25;30;10
Speaker 2
We can use them as a way to expand our joyfulness or joyfulness.

00;25;30;10 - 00;25;30;29
Speaker 1
Okay.

00;25;31;01 - 00;25;34;14
Speaker 2
Which in turn effects expanding consciousness.

00;25;34;14 - 00;25;35;21
Speaker 1
Us. Okay.

00;25;35;23 - 00;25;38;13
Speaker 2
So there's this indirect chain.

00;25;38;16 - 00;25;43;00
Speaker 1
Are there any are there any questions from the audience.

00;25;43;03 - 00;25;46;08
Speaker 2
At this point? I can't understand them.

00;25;46;11 - 00;25;53;28
Speaker 1
See, these are the people that are there. They're not the people but the beings that came to watch us do this podcast.

00;25;53;28 - 00;26;08;26
Speaker 2
No, I mean, they're they were listening. You're nodding their heads and or whatever. Right. But, and I do sense that they want to say something. But like I said, at this point, I can't understand them.

00;26;09;00 - 00;26;10;18
Speaker 1
All right. okay.

00;26;11;05 - 00;26;14;10
Speaker 2
I'm just, like, thinking of still of the audience.

00;26;14;11 - 00;26;15;10
Speaker 1
Oh, okay.

00;26;17;04 - 00;26;19;17
Speaker 2
I don't know. I just see these waving, waving of.

00;26;19;17 - 00;26;22;18
Speaker 1
Arms, you know, like, they got their hands up.

00;26;22;20 - 00;26;27;06
Speaker 2
Yeah. It's like. Oh, sorry. I can't understand what you're saying in English.

00;26;27;06 - 00;26;32;16
Speaker 1
Please. In English, please. Maybe in French, but,

00;26;32;18 - 00;26;35;01
Speaker 2
Yeah, maybe next time.

00;26;35;04 - 00;26;43;08
Speaker 1
Okay. All right. Thank you. Sunflowers. Thank you. Carrots. Thank you. Sunflower seeds. Thank you Diana.

00;26;43;10 - 00;26;49;03
Speaker 2
Thank you Karin. Thank you. Send flowers and seeds and carrots and carrot greens.

00;26;49;08 - 00;27;04;00
Speaker 1
Carrot greens. Although the tops aren't here with us personally, they're in spirit. There's like little pieces of the tops here, which we're going to certainly add to our A test and a smoothie delight. All right.

00;27;04;00 - 00;27;05;22
Speaker 2
Well, that's was quite an experience.

00;27;05;23 - 00;27;26;26
Speaker 1
It really was quite an experience. And who knew that the carrots and the sunflowers would like to be together today and would like to be combined in other ways, too? Thank you very much to. That's all for this episode of the 1 to 9 podcast. Thank you for listening, and please sign up for our newsletter at 1to9podcast.com.
